Deyaar Development PJSC (Deyaar and Arady Properties – PSC a residential development property derived from Abu Dhabi has entered into an MoU to execute a joint development project on Abu Dhabi, Reem Island.
The comprehensive objectives of the MoU are to highlight the commercial aims of the project, suggest the ways of negotiation procedures expected between the parties further, and assess the prospects for the implementation of the project under joint ownership.
This understanding was achieved through an agreement, which was reflected in an MoU signed by Saeed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar, and Khalifa Alzaabi, Managing Director of Arady Properties PSC.
As per the agreement, Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar remarked: “It is a great pleasure for Deyaar to conclude such a significant agreement with Arady Properties and expand Deyaar activities in the region across the borders of Dubai. To achieve these goals, we have been working with various partners so that each project that we take on fits the needs of our customers as gracefully as possible and that of our shareholders as well.
