In line with the directives of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Executive Council Modon Properties, this masterplan project spans over 51 million square meters, representing a significant portion of Abu Dhabi’s urban expansion. It will feature residential communities with panoramic views of Abu Dhabi city and its waterfront, nestled on top of the hills rising up to 50 meters above ground level.
This comprehensive plan is geared towards promoting sustainable living, and providing world-class sports facilities in a prime location. Chairman Jassem Bu Ataba Al Zaabi emphasized the pivotal role of this development in positioning Abu Dhabi as a premier global destination for residents, tourists, and athletes alike. The masterplan incorporates upscale residential communities with breathtaking views, augmenting the cityscape with 53.5 kilometers of coastline and 16 kilometers of beautiful beaches.
